Rajesh @ I just visited your site for the first time and as a result have just written two articles linking to your site and some of its great content. Read Take Action & Become Active in Your Blogging Community, scheduled for 25 Dec 09 but available via the link before then.
I notice your site is still using the default Thesis Theme. I have taken a screenshot so when you start to customize it, I invite you to filck me an email via the contact us link and I will do a site review on before and after.

Check out some of the tips and tricks articles here at Thesis Theme HQ to do it yourself or get some help from someone like George Serradinho.
