I'm not a big fan of designs that uses backgrounds with too many confusing pictures like the e.g. the Opportunities HQ. Thesis Theme users copy and paste css from the forum - depending on what they want - or write their own css code. Every Thesis Theme site is basically different. The custom.css file overrides the default css file. To get the default css file you have to buy the Thesis Theme.
